Ive been to this couplands quite a few times and every single time the staff are rude and openly admid that they can't be bothered. The first time I went in i thought maybe it was a one off but they've been the same for the 4 years ive lived around there. They're constantly complaining, hate making anything fresh and are generally just lazy. The food is okay though.

Just been and got a so called large bacon sandwich and paid 65p extra for tomatoes! May aswell of gone and bought a tin from Rispens next door and got 8 sandwiches worth of tomatoes as they was hardly any Tomatoes init! Shameful! And the bacon was well over done. Worst couplands I've been to in a while.

Went in ordered 18 cheese straws for girlfriend, me and her brother. 12 in one packet and 6 in the other. The 6 had a big black thick crusty greasy hair in it and was absolutely disgusted not happy at all?. Girlfriend then went to call them and they said ?I am so sorry are you located far?? We then said no about 5 mins away then she said ?we?ve put fresh ones in for you? so in my head thought oh ye it?ll be a free 6 due to having that disgusting split end spider leg in there?. No absolutely not went in there and was charged yet again for a fresh pack? not happy? ended up paying because girlfriend is sat next to me as I write this review slapping her lips in my right ear enjoying them so brilliant :)

Came here a couple of times and it?s been fine. My usual order is a sandwhich and redbull. I am 17 (nearly 18) and i came in this time to get the same thing i always do. I go to order to find out they have ran out of the sandwhich i usually have. Ok that?s fine i?ll order a different one. My redbull is at the counter and the lady goes on to say ?there?s an age restriction how old are you?? i say ?17? holding up my VAPE. She then goes to ask her colleague ?there is an age restriction isn?t there? how old do you have to be to get a red bull?? her colleague then goes on to just shake her shoulders and says ?dunno?. The lady goes on to say quite rudely ?can?t give u it?. At this point i?ve just had enough so i say ?ok i?ll leave it then?. I go on to just leave because this behaviour is just not okay. I don?t recommend coming to this cooplands because their staff is obviously not trained enough to handle customer service.

this is probably the worst cooplands around, the women share about one brain cell and get the order wrong every time, i don?t usually like to leave bad reviews but after opening my sandwich and seeing this chunk of tuna mayo and half an onion in one spot i thought it was finally due a bad review, just go to the one on willerby road instead

this is probably the worst cooplands around, the women share about one brain cell and get the order wrong every time, i don?t usually like to leave bad reviews but after opening my sandwich and seeing this chunk of tuna mayo and half an onion in one spot i thought it was finally due a bad review, just go to the one on willerby road instead

Extremely rude staff. My husband popped in on sat 12.11.22 and he stood there for 5 min without being served or at least acknowledged, staff avoided looking up to speak or serve him! Even though he was the only one in the shop. Zero customer service skills.

Great selection of sandwiches and pastries etc, the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Been to couplands today to find out all the sandwiches have changed. No point in changing something that didn't need changing . The ladies were wonderful tho. Keep couplands has couplands and not like other shops.

This place needs more than two members of staff.You really need three on the front one or two doing the sandwiches, the other one serving, then one in the back possibly two getting out all the hot food and replacing trays.

My mam uses Cooplands a lot, good products service and staff. I noticed that some staff do not wear masks or gloves, with all what?s goin on with Covid surely it should be compulsory for all staff to at least wear gloves. They handle fresh products, and there was no washing or sanitizer use in between serving customers

Where do I start?...!!!Asked for Tuna Sweetcorn Mayo sandwich, salad but NO tomato due to being allergic.Pointed out to the lady that she had just put tomato on my sandwich to which she replied "I'll take it off" had to point out again I am allergic and it would need to be made fresh.On opening my sandwich at home the bread was soggy and falling apart as the tuna had not been drained, I squeezed the sandwich to drain it then put it in the bin..... Sadly one star is the minimum as would have given zero... Very disappointed
