We went into the shop and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Mark kept us updated throughout the process and liaised with the site office to arrange for measuring up etc which was brilliant as it was one less thing for us to worry about. The lads who fitted the carpets were fantastic and called us the day before to confirm timings etc. They were very professional and took the time to ensure we were happy and advised that they would come back following the LVT being fitted to ensure that the carpets are ok and join correctly.
