Thank you to the staff member who helped my husband find a suitable dumb phone today. He was very nervous and had been misled in a couple of other shops by staff trying to sell him totally unsuitable smart phones. All he wanted was a dumb phone and found it confusing and stressful trying to find someone who could advise him in a way he'd understand. The person who helped him today was not only very helpful, but understood his concerns and showed empathy. Thank you for making it easier for him! Would recommend this store.

Superb, efficient service from this store in relation to my online order. Ordered a Kindle case on Thursday, picked and dispatched on the Friday and received on Tuesday (even with a bank holiday). Case is in fantastic condition and as described. Thanks to the team here for the quick turnaround, delighted with my purchase.

Props to the staff, probably the best CeX of the 3 we have in Hull when it comes to service, as with the others I've been here many times over the years. Always fast with serving customers and just genuinely being nice as a whole.

A good place for older games like PS2/3/4 though some prices are questionable for older titles. Prefer this one over the Prospect Street one more quite staff are friendly was stood in the Q buying a DVD and it was already pick from the shelves by someone I was paid and out in 5 mins great service
