absolutely right this place doesn't have two floors , having visited a few stores during the day I have confused it with another place. Although my step mother was looking for a small off cut that she could take away on the day they didnt have anything suitable, but went out of the way to help, even suggesting another shop that may be able to supply. Its rare that customer service is as good as this would highly recomend

We?ve just had our front room carpet supplied by Carpet Kingdom Hull. Iain and the team have done a brilliant job. A fantastic carpet which is super soft, fitted superbly and at a great price. If you want carpets in Hull, this is the place to get them.

Had three rooms and the stairs done, had many quotes and carpet kingdom was the cheapest being an independent company. Service was honest, reliable, friendly and on point cannot fault any aspect. The fitting was unremarkable over the moon with the results, highly recommend.

Ian made the whole experience of buying new carpets easy.I wanted 3 bedroom carpets in a certain colour from my landing carpet . Ian listened when I said what I wanted and found me the perfect match .Steve the fitter did an excellent job, my husband and I are really grateful for his help in moving our bedroom furniture .I would defiantly recommend Carpet Kingdom , I am giving 5 stars because we got 5 star serviceThank you Ian and SteveTake care , stay safe .

We've had our bedroom carpet in place for a month now and it is lovely. We are so please with the result. I chose a quite unusual blue carpet that was out of stock elsewhere. The job was completed to a high standard and Iain was very helpful throughout. We will definitely recommend and return.

What a very pleasant experience. Having been let down by other flooring company we looked at Carpet Kingdom and we were not disappointed. Iain was more than helpful, even offered a discount to beat previous quote, rang suppliers to check availability & offered alternatives as first choice not available for a few weeks. arranged fitting within the week.The fitter, Steve turned up on time and completed a tricky lay of Lino in bathroom, under rolltop-claw feet bath expertly.Very professional, customer focused company.We will return and thoroughly recommend Iain, Steve and the team for your flooring needs.

Would give more stars . Myself and my family ( mother , sister , brother ) have used Carpet Kingdom for as long as I can remember ( probably 40 plus years ) . Friendly , helpful , nothing a problem . Their Carpet fitters I would say are the best .
