Let down by this business.Visited shop on the 23rd Sept to enquire as to a certain Character Balloon. None stocked but told if the required date needed wasn't to short they could get me them. Grandsons Birthday 4th October so fine, left my contact details with them stating I wanted to collect them day before. Morning of the 3rd I rang the shop to double check they were ready, no answer so left voicemail . No responce so headed to their shop just before Lunch and told 'weve got you down for tomorrow ! ' no I said collect 3rd, his Birthdays 4th but need them ready for him waking up. Not even collected from suppliers ???!!! Told it would have to be 4th, No apology given, made out it was my fault, left mobile to txt me but heard nothing.Until today 5th, a txt to appologise that they arrived too late and should I need anything in future they'd be happy to help.Sorry I will not be using you ever again, if I ran my business like you and spoke to customers in your manner Id be out of business. The fact that Id ordered early enough but yet your business is run to the last minute is appauling.

Awful customer service...the owner actually asked me why i am talking been an english woman,so rude!!! They sold my partner a dodgy helium feather balloon,we even had customers agreeing with us in the shop the product he sold was dodgy and should have been replaced or refunded he refused to do any. Very arrogant.We took it back a day an half after we purchased it, he said we should have taken it back the same day, they close at 5, was picked up at 4. The wording was dreadful.Helium should last at least 5 days...ours 9 hours and was £17.00.Awful guy. Yet to go see the lady who made it, the wording was dreadful, not straight and very bubbly.EDITING because i cannot reply to the owners comment...all i need to say to every single LIE you have just told...post the CCTV footage from when we came in and left !!!The balloon was left in the car. You was arguing with a poor old lady who also stated that balloon was faulty and looked horrendous.She never at all offered to do anything other then make many excuses as you just have on the sympathy reply you posted...its very laughable ??.

Absolute scamming people? one day helium balloon goes down words pealing off wouldn?t even give me a refund for a faulty and shocking presentation on balloon avoid at all cost disgraceful customer service skills. Hes a complete lair.
