I'm sorry to say that I did not have a good experience here when I tried to get my jewellery mended and re sized. Its not that they were unhelpful its the way in which it was said. Not going into details but left with bad taste in my mouth and they have lost a potential good customer. I buy a lot of jewellery and having just returned to the area after living abroad for a long time they are the nearest shop to where I live. They obviously don't need new business as by the reviews they have a lot of satisfied, loyal customers but as a business owner myself I would not be happy if a potential customer left feeling the way I did. BTW .. I do not usually leave reviews..good or bad... but this experience just annoyed me!! Sorry!

The owners and the staff are lovely. Since my Husband passed away last August, I've been in the shop on several occasions from getting battery for my watch to getting my Husband's ring altered so I could wear it. The customer service has always been amazing and I'm always recommending them to my friends. I will be back in the shop on Friday because the chain on my locket has broken again, and I know I will be treated well.

Both of the bosses are extremely nice people and know their stuff went in to buy a lovely ring for my son Richard and it is sublime , customer service was extremely high quality and made my day easy I would most certainly return back here. Fantastic jewellers.All the staff are friendly and polite.They help in any way possible.The store has many different items for sale including: jewellery, ornaments, trinkets, watches, ring removals via cutting off.Mixed occasions gifts.Amongst others.They can assist by resizing rings, repair, fit watches, etc.They can even design/make jewellery.I would recommend the store, to everyone and anyone.

I've used the repair service here three times. After taking my grandmother's old watch to countless other places, they've managed to fix it and I'm so pleased! They also beautifully repaired a broken ring and bent locket both of which look good as new. If anything else breaks, I will be back without hesitation. Really friendly and welcoming, they call you when things are ready to collect. Wonderful place and very reasonable prices.

I took a Tissot watch to Cameo Jewellers to be set and to have a couple of links taken out. This was all done within a few minutes there and then. All done in a welcoming manner by the pleasant staff at a reasonable price. I went here after a jewellers in Hessle had my watch for a week and done nothing.
