Nice little cafe Nero just outside Hull interchange. Cafe Nero my go to cafe anywhere. Always friendly staff no matter where in country. Their training ethos is second to none. Highly recommended

Cashier told me to ?Get it right next time? when i asked to replace my drink (I needed a sugar free drink when i got served a sugar drink.) I have come here nearly my whole life and this is the worst service i have ever gotten in here.

I like the coffee from here, however they never seem to have enough staff and the wait time can be horrendous. I wouldn't mind waiting for amazing coffee but whilst it's nice, it's nothing special and (like all of the chains) overpriced. Last time I went though, from the queue I watched a young blonde girl (the only one actually serving behind the counter) time and time again putting her fingers inside the cups when she handed them, this is not OK, in fact it's vile.

Only there for a short bit, but great service none the less. Caffé Nero do really good iced Caffé Latte's, I went with the Pistachio Iced Latte this time, and held up that tradition well.

Very good coffee, but the tables are always not cleared, you have no place to sit, you have to pull yourself from the table to get a free seat, credit that the staff leaves much to be desired.

Asked for a caramel iced frappe (I always ask for this and receive the correct thing), the woman said I asked for something over ice but I did not. When I asked for another drink she went in a mood and said that I?d asked for multiple different drinks and should be asking for a specific thing. Her attitude was appalling to a paying customer that never usually has an issue asking for the caramel iced frappe and getting what they ordered.
