Fabulous drinks that on average are better than most other coffee chains. Sadly the man running it has a small man complex and is obnoxiously loud, other members of staff just don't want to be there. Sadly I come for the drinks not the verbal abuse. Others might like this approach, I find it tiring. A real shame as it was a gem up until this point. Oh well, plenty more coffee shops in the world..

Review of Caffè Nero
Caffè Nero delivers exactly what you'd expect from a chain coffee shop: a reliable, no-frills experience. The décor and ambiance were standard for a Nero?comfortable enough for a quick coffee stop but nothing that stands out or feels particularly unique.
That said, the coffee was a pleasant surprise. It had actual depth and taste, standing out from the usual blandness you'd associate with chain cafes. It was refreshing to enjoy a cup that felt like some care had gone into its preparation.
While the shop itself didn't wow me, the quality of the coffee made it a worthwhile visit. If you're after a dependable spot with decent coffee, this bog-standard Nero does the job just fine.

It has very good selection of cakes, baking and coffee but not great on hot foods. The atomesphere is roomy and pleasant staff are usually friendly.

Standard Nero fare available - one of the ?McDonalds? of the coffee world! Toilets are in a state of disrepair and it was chilly inside (had to keep my coat on!), but the coffee was decent and service pretty good.

Visit in sunny Saturday afternoon for a coffee . Lovely lady served me and even put a love heart on the coffee top. Nice coffee and cake with a good selection. The building is old and has a lot of original ceiling decorations. Located un the aqure gives it a very victorian atmosphere.

Dietary restrictions: Mainly cakes and sweet stuff
Parking: Princess key is 3 pound or ple ty of other car parks
