Has to be the worst toilets in the UK!! They have always had a hygiene issue regarding the bathroom conditions, but after all these years I thought this might of changed, but toilets were overflowing and bathroom was smelly and unclean

Never fails this burger king establishment, great service great staff, Helen is so friendly in this environment helpful, chatty, and so polite, she would be the perfect trainer to all staff, a jewell of a staff member, great food great drinks, so clean

There were servers available but they immediately said, "use the machine to order" - no please, or could you or an explanation as to why! So, not a good start. Food that was available was not available to order via the machine, so I still had to verbally query and alter the order. The food did arrive very fast but was tepid, so it had clearly been sat there pre-made. Queues were happening but the staff still just stood behind the area talking. There was chaos with two other families where the parents ignored their children knocking the hats off the shelves. Sadly I had to wait for my grandson to finish his meal before I could get out of there.

Ordered food for delivery but received pink bacon on the burger missing part of my milkshake as well as getting the wrong size for one of them not to mention the rock hard chicken finger that you can see the chicken has pulled away from the breading because of how long it?s been sat.

Id give less if I could went to the toilet before eating there was poo smeard up the back of the toilet that want not new, an I stank of urine, I explained to the staff an they gorped at me when I told them if there toilet was like that I was cancelling the £35 plus order my husband was about to place
