Horrible experience the last 2 times I?ve been in. Staff are rude, and frankly can?t be bothered to have any social interaction with customers at all and expect everyone to constantly use the kiosks even though they don?t work properly. Went in with one other person, both of us neurodivergent and prefer to just order at the counter as usual because we don?t like using kiosks and the response we get is we have to use the kiosks. Once we attempted, we struggled to figure out how to edit the food, to which we asked the staff to make them how we wanted them and we got the response that ?we can do it this once but you have to change it on the kiosk? disgusting service, robotic is one word I would use to describe it.

What a joke this place is can not be served at a till and only them stupid screens yet 3 staff stood around doing nothing the machine won't let you make changes I needed to so lost me as a customer.

I went to the counter to place my order and was told to use the kiosk. After a disagreement i went to the kiosk for it to not work. Go to the counter and told to try again. Go to the counter again and after waiting 20 minutes they finally accept their kiosks dont work and take my order. All of that would have been saved if they had the effort to take it in the first place. A whole mess needed for no reason.

We went to Burger King for a quick dinner last Saturday and brought it home to eat. We were all part way through eating when I saw something blue in my burger? it looked like a blue glove that I?m assuming came from one of the workers. It was so off putting that all three of us couldn?t eat any more because this type of food contamination is pretty off putting. Tried to call the store multiple times to tell them but no one picked up. We decided to drive back with my burger to show them and ask for a refund (the full meal was only £28.57 but thought they would do it as an apology). The seating area was completely empty, after our experience I can understand why! The manger on shift said we could only get a refund for one meal as that was the only one we brought back. Pretty poor customer service as all three of us felt sick after seeing this blue glove in my food so thought it was the least they could do. They said they would look into how this contamination happened and took my details to get in contact with me, not heard anything back. Rang back the following Monday but again no one answered the phone. I?m aware it?s a fast food place but this level of carelessness is not acceptable in a food environment. If you want to eat here I suggest you check your food before you eat, especially if children are eating there as what I had in my burger is a choke hazard! Obviously will not be going back, they need to review their quality control policy and customer service!

Food is exactly what you want from Burger King. Staff are incredibly slow and it always takes a loooong time to get food.

We always order off the Burger King app and there?s some great deals on there compared with paying in store. It?s slow service compared with other fast food places however the food is always fresh and tasty.Top tip - use the app for offers and points, it?s much cheaper.
