Receptionist are very friendly and helpfull , especially the dentist Ricardo and his colleague Rachel helped me with my phobia for dentist and maked things way easier and calm which I was very happy about it, even after treatment I have been looked after until I felt 100% which I was very happy And comfortable ?

I have a phobia of the dentist, needles and have a bad gag reflux. However today was incredible, the dentist Ricardo was very professional and patient, but his assistant Rachael was amazing she talked me through breathing calmed me down had a calming presence and voice and totally transformed my experience, I need further treatment but am not worried if I can have Rachael and Ricardo again. Would thoroughly recommend. THANK YOU

Just had a dental check up at bupa on holderness Road, Hull. Great friendly practice, lovely staff. The dentist and dental nurse were great, explained everything they were doing. Gave good info on oral health issues.

So my disabled wife had an appointment on June 29th 2023, but because of her disability her cognitive functions was such that it was unsafe for her to keep the appointment and as her full time carer I cancelled it.The surgery was fine about this but she needed a appointment this week and they have removed her as a NHS patient claiming she has not seen them for two years and also claiming they write to her.Totally disgusted, but hey they said they will see her if she pays for treatment.I do have the phone call I made still on my recent calls list on my phone from the 29th of June but they deny there ever was a appointment on that date.

I've always found this dentist to be amazing. They have good availability for appointments, their staff are friendly and welcoming. The dentists are exceptional.

As arriving at the dental surgery you notice how clean it is. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. I was only waiting no more than 10mins to see my dentist. She was absolutely lovely. Very informative. I suffer from anxiety and she put me a easy. Keep up the excellent standard's. Thank you

Can't fault the dentist I saw, however he was running 25 minutes late but really good care from him as always.The main issue is that while sat in the reception for 40 minutes, over half if that time I had to listen to many members of staff sat in the mangers office with the door wide open, so not being discreet at all, complaining, swearing and been extremely unprofessional about other members of staff, this was not quiet at all. By the comments it sounds like it would be one the healthcare staff and not the receptionists but also the manager was involved in the conversation, then to add to that someone with a bad cough was coughing that much they was wretching!

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr Stathis Bouras and some lady (idk name) who help him with all three visits, he saved my front tooth and it wasn't easy because half the tooth was broken. I recommend this clinic

I'm just short of 60 years old and have visited a dentist since being 5. This recent visit to Bupa where I had an appointment with Ellie and Pat was the best dental care I've ever had in my life. I've always worried and stressed about going to the dentist but this young dentist and assistant where so brilliant at making me feel at ease and comfortable and explaining procedures I felt very very relaxed and the treatment seemed so much better than any previous. These two are a real credit to themselves and families and their employers and profession. I don't usually do reviews but when credit is due I like to tell other people. Extremely happy with Bupa dental care

Excellent service with care and thought for their patients. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly lady on the reception who made me feel very welcome. I was told their would be a little wait as the dentist I was seeing was running behind but I can say now that I wasn't waiting long maybe 10 - 15 mins which in my opinion isn't bad at all for a working practice. My problem was sorted out as soon as I saw the dentist and I didn't have to return for another appointment which I was very pleased about. Would recommend this dentist to any one seeking dental help.
