Appalling pharmacy!! Staff member even admitted that they don?t tell customers their children are entitled to certain counter medication free on the nhs minor ailments scheme, because they want people to buy it instead so they can make more money! Then were deliberately obtuse when I asked for a refund and for the items to go on minor ailments.
I?ve raised a formal complaint via a trading standards company.

Pharmacy is frustrating at best. I receive text messages to say my prescription is ready, go to pick up the following day, wait a queue for 25 mins to be told that my prescription is not ready and could I please come back the following day, to go through the same routine...

Me and my 2 friends all girls we went into boots and just ask we walked in their the security guard stopped us before we even go in their and told us that I'd we are going to mess about to get out we said we ain't in here to do that we just want to look around he then followed us around. Me and my friends went down the skincare Isle and we sat on the floor to look at the bottom shelf he came over and targeted my friend with short hair and pointed at her and said you can all get out especially you for messing about we didn't mess about once we was looking around I think this is unacceptable by targeting young girls.

I went to Boots Kingswood looking for both men?s and women?s perfumes, but the experience was really disappointing. There was no employee at the perfume section to assist me, so I had to wait around just to get someone to help.
When an employee finally arrived, she had a bad attitude, let me smell one perfume, and then walked away immediately without offering any further help. After waiting ages, I finally picked a men?s perfume for my dad?s birthday.
Then, when I tried to choose a women?s perfume for myself, there was no staff again, so I left without buying one. It was such a frustrating experience?if there had been proper assistance, I probably would have bought more.
Really disappointed with the lack of customer service. Wouldn?t recommend this store if you need help choosing perfumes.

I collect my prescriptions from here and I have to say, staff do their best to get customers served quickly and sometimes yes, I have to wait a little in a queue during busy periods which is understandable. I will like to praise pharmacy staff for the work they do and how they continue to deliver such an important service to the local community. Thank U ??????????

Worse pharmacy around hull the workers behide the counter are just rude and talk down to you speak to you like you are stupid waiting times are a joke never got what you need avoid at all cost

I live near this store, this is the second time I go and there are no cosmetics from such famous brands as: The Ordinary and Estee Lauder. I have to go to the other , end of the city to go to the same store, it is inexplicable to me. I do not recommend it!!!

The pay counter and the staff on the counter near the exit doors has been replaced and now there is no other option but self checkout. BOOTS has just lost my custom and I will not be using Boots Pharmacy again.

99% recommend just because the boots in St. Stevens is a bit better! ??

I have been in this store today and i have been publicly humiliated by the security guard i am very unhappy. I came in with my friend today and we picked up a perfume to smell it and the security guard was stood watching us but we thought nothing of it as we did nothing wrong, after we had paid for our items and were about to leave he came up to us and blocked off the exit and wouldn?t let us past, he accused us of stealing even tho we didn?t and we had just paid and he asked us to empty our pockets, i went to go and do so but he stopped me and said no not here we can do it in the back where no one can see and he said this in a smug tone, which i think it?s extremely strange as we are both underage teenage girls with no adult accompanying us which made us really uncomfortable. Did not feel safe at all in the store he followed us round the makeup sections the entire time we were in there which was extremely unnecessary as all we did was smell perfume which everyone else does when they go to boots. Once we had emptied our pockets which had nothing in them he didn?t even say thankyou for cooperating and just asked us to leave the store. Very frightening and unwelcoming experience, staff have no service standards or respect, i will not be coming here EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! :(

Really nice store, easy parking and a good range of products. Olivia served me at the till today, she was really lovely, friendly and chatty, (with gorgeous hair). I also used the pharmacy for a prescription and was served by Niki, her work ethic and service was exceptional, she was honestly doing the job of two people. Good service is so rare now I really think it needs praising when someone excels.

The prescription was sent from the surgery on Monday. When I went to collect it on Saturday it still had not been picked. It was for a standard cholesterol medication. That problem was compounded by having to queue for almost an hour to be told to call again another day !
