Never answer the phone shocking service

This used to be a good chemist but it?s gone down hill! It?s dirty and takes ages to get your prescription in the shop. Also the text service is equally as ridiculous, you get a text to say they have received the prescription then it could be 2 to 3 weeks before the text says it?s ready!! Used to be a week.

I have never been so disgusted with a chemist in my life. My husband came in today 11th August to get my medication that was supposed to be urgent from the drs surgery on Friday 8th August for Thrush. I was to ill to pick it up Saturday morning BUT it didn't matter as it wasn't even ready today. How is it that my dr assured me that electronic prescriptions are instantaneous???? My husband has stood in a queue toay for over 30mins along with a crowded shop waiting to speak to someone about my prescription. Finally after 40mins he got my ONE TABLET.
This isnt the first incident it has happened on lots of occasions, prescriptions never ready even though they have had them days. Standing in massive queues for ages along with poor people who don't want scripts, who just need to buy something.
It's a joke, this morning my husband went for the prescription but they didn't even have a pharmacist to dispense it. So that is why he had to come back. Whenever you come in the staff are always in the back. WHY cant just one of them serve the poor people who don't need scripts.
Plus, if you need to enquire about your prescription, you have no chance as no one answers the phone.

What a joke pharmacy always saying my prescription is too early even though it's predated they are a pharmacy not a doctor and shouldn't tell you when it's due even when it is they never answer phone call how do I make a formal complaint about the staff

Every week I come to the chemist for my mums prescription and every 3-4 weeks I get painkillers for my mum. Recently the manager has been refusing to serve me, Ive been calling up to ask why and nobody answers the phone.

Worst service and customer care skills
Wait 8 days for a prescription, they then can?t find it when it was promised to be ready .. wait to reissue but pharmacist busy with a patient with no timescale to when they can check your prescription ??

It's bloody ridiculous how often this place keeps their phone turned OFF, 3 days in a row now they have the phone turned off absolutely ridiculous. they're lucky I haven't sued for keeping my medication hostage for WEEKS at a time when im supposed to have it WEEKLYIf you can avoid using this place do whatever it takes, especially if you have medication that keeps you alive this place WILL kill you by refusing to give you your meds. And they'll probably laugh at you on your deathbed whilst they're at it, because apparently being a chemist means you can pick and choose who gets their meds

Sometimes it takes up to 10 days for prescriptions and getting through on the phone can be a nightmare. They're all very friendly.
