The quality of service given, all depends on who is serving you. There are two younger members of staff that are really helpful.However, I would say the other serving staff just brush you off. For example, I had asked if they had a prescription for me and the individual who I won?t name, asked me what it was and my name as usual. All she said was, I haven?t seen it sorry, call back in a few days.What sense does that make ?I haven?t seen it?? I knew she didn?t want to look it up on the computer like they normally would. Other staff will put you on hold for a minute whilst they check if it?s either already been made up, or if not, is it in the computer ready to be made up.Sadly, because boots are going through a restructuring phase and closing many stores, this is putting excess strain on the existing stores with many of them quite small, with only 3 serving staff.Some staff pass on their frustrations to the customer, by either being really short and giving off a ?I?m really fed up with this job and overworked? attitude.Phones never get answered when you call multiple times and throughout the day to see if you have my medication. Many times I have had to drive to the store to ask a simple question that could have been answered over the phone.I expect things to get worse at other stores as they take up the slack from neighbouring store closures. Boots putting profit before the customer.Finally it?s worth saying that it?s pretty easy to change pharmacy to an independent, as there are many better independent pharmacies available to the customer.

Went in mid morning for a hypertension cuff. Shop totally empty apart from at least 3 people behind the counter. Was told they were too busy to do it as it takes 10 to 15 mins to set up on the computer. Told me to go back the following morning when they're not so busy. Not my first similar experienceat this shop. Might as well shut this shop as everything seems to be too much trouble for the staff there. I went elsewhere.

My son has had a monthly med collection for 6 years. I would say 80% of this time, there have been issues. The straw that broke the camels back this time after waiting 10 days for his prescription to be told they can?t get it and to call the drs for a new prescription. Not acceptable. Incompetent and should not be allowed to have responsibility for medication for serious health issues. Not the service you expect from boots brand. I will now go elsewhere.

I went to collect my tablets on Saturday 12.30 I was told it will take 48 hours from when proscribed to collection I arrived home without them at 12.50 I received a text saying my tablets where ready ? no way !!! didn?t have time to get back to collect as they shut at 1pm very poor service

Unprofessional, incompetent staff. Clearly do not know their jobs, multiple issues and errors. constant lies. Certain staff have terrible attitudes. Avoid. Many complaints have been made from many customers, and i have had emails from the pharmaceutical council wanting my complaint so they can investigate.Absolute dross avoid.

Rude staff. This isn?t my normal pharmacy and I?m glad it isn?t the customer service is appalling was served by Hellen who was really snotty and abrupt. Didn?t like the fact I knew what I was talking about. Safe to safe not visiting that place ever again even if they are the only place that has the medication in
