Went in today cause I was bitten at weekend and hand had swelled. Young lady looked and got pharmacist straight away. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave me some antibiotics. So much easier than going to doctors. Thank you for your help

Never have any prescription items in stock and end up having to wait 2+ weeks for basic items. Some of the older staff can be very rude

This pharmacy is not very good at all shop does not open on time when in shop instead of server they talk about holiday staff at not very nice at all but if you go to other boots they are real nice and get medication out .Not rate this shop for service

I?m a local GP and called the pharmacy to discuss a patient?s prescription. The phone rang but no one answered and eventually it disconnected. I continued to call back over the next 30 minutes but every time it was left ringing until it disconnected. What appalling service!

Always good service. Ladies are lovely. You may have to wait a little while at busy periods, but it's to be expected. They always do their best.

Been ringing this despicable chemist for 2 weeks to see if my prescription is ready to collect as they can't be bothered to text me to say it is ready to be collected. Been 5 days without medication will be putting a complaint into head office. Despicable service!!!

Went to collect my fathers prescription, (which i needed for the weekend) when I find the shutters down 2 hrs before closing. Closed every touch & turn with hardly any notice due to lack of pharmacist. Notice said they're still answering calls. Took them 15 mins to answer the phone while they totally ignored it (I was stood outside) When I finally got through said they would return his prescription to the server so I could go to any chemist and collect. I asked if I needed a code and was told 'no'. Went to main Boots in St Stephens shopping centre and they told me they couldn't dispense without the barcode as we hadn't used that pharmacy before. If they close the branch,leaving vulnerable people without meds, they should answer the phone promptly and give correct information. I am absolutely disgusted with them.
