Came in yesterday with my 6 month old son at 5:25pm and asked for some saline drops on the minor ailments for my son as he has a cold was told by the lady with blonde hair and brown hilights it was to late to fill in the form which she said it takes 20 minutes even though the shop didnt close for another 35 minutes while my son was crying and the lady wasnt helpful at all even if it had taken 20 mins to do it there was still 15 mins until the shop closed went to a different pharmacy and they did it straight away and they also said they couldnt understand why the lady didnt do it especially for a 6 month old baby... But this seems to now always be the case with boots newland avenue staff cant be bothered to help and leave you stood waiting before they even acknowlege that you are waiting .

Ordered an urgent prescription online, received no message to say it was ready on the day I needed it, went in to collect it after the weekend and they confirmed it was ready on the Friday I informed them I had received no text and that no one answered the phone when I tried to make an enquiry last Friday. Not good especially when it?s an urgent prescription. This place used to be really good years ago what a shame.

Rude staff- very dismissive and cannot be bothered to do their jobs. Phone is never answered, despite them requesting that I call.

Incredibly rude member of staff on the counter, said I had not been given a medication since October when the last time I had it was January, when I said this she responded saying 'we don't do that here' when I said it was from that very pharmacy I had received it she said 'i don't think so' I won't be returning!

Never seem to have stock or always having delays with prescriptions. Got short with me on the phone because I called to check if my prescription is ready and they advised to wait for a text. When text messages are usually delayed and a prescription is desperate, calling is a lot more accurate.

SHOCKING!
Not the first time gone for a repeat prescription and told no pharmacist so can't hand it over....got text to say ready but nothing to say they " go to lunch " between 1 and 2 pm. I have to walk there so don't want to hang around for an hour. No wonder all the small branches are closing with service like this!

I called in to see if the pharmacist was available and they said he was but he doesn?t have time for a consultation because he is busy with other things. The consultation in question is no more than 5 mins.??

Rude staff! Drove for my flu jab and they hadn't even had the decency to call to say that the pharmacist that does them wasn't in. A morning taken off work for no reason and staff who basically said it wasn't their issue!

Go anywhere else. I had to visit 3 times over 2 hours to get them to pass me a box of pills they had on a shelf. First they claimed the pharmacist needed to sign some bit of paper but was out on an extended lunch break. The second time the pharmacist was back but still hadn't signed the paper, and was "unavailable". The third time they still messed me around for some minutes when the bag of pulls was on the counter beside the receptionist. I've never been treated with such contempt at the Community Pharmacy down the road.

Absolutely discussed with the pharmacist. Spoke to me terribly. I had used the chemist since I was a kid. The place gas gone down since Lopang, Nikki and girls have left.
