Great store well stocked but unfortunately no Hull Chip Spice which was our only reason for visiting. Last year one of the stores stocked it and we needed to stock up. Great apart from that.

Absolutely cannot beat these prices and the staff are so kind. Mom and I come in here often to get our weekly shop and bits and bobs for the cats here and there, and honestly the staff are what make this shop the best B&M in Hull. No matter the weather, no matter the time, they?re always happy to joke and ask how we are doing. They give the big city a smaller homely feel and I cannot express my gratitude enough for their patience and service.

My has been stopped on two occasions in the last two days by one member of staff saying that my wife is shoplifting my wife is 59 years old and we go in that shop every day today my went in home bargains and bought some stuff and then went into bm and this member of staff said to my wife were have you pinched them from
My wife told her that she bought them in
Home bargains
So I will be making a formal complaint against this member of staff

Asked a staff member today if they had any calendars. He said there wasn't any left... we walked a few feet and they was hundreds at the end of the isle. He would've known they was there since they was a few feet away but didn't want to help.

Hull is a great place to shop everything you need

I recently visited this B&M store, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you?re looking for. The shelves are well-stocked with a wide variety of products at affordable prices, which is exactly what you?d expect from B&M.
The staff were friendly and approachable. They were quick to offer assistance and seemed genuinely happy to help, which added a nice personal touch to the shopping experience.
While there?s nothing particularly unique or standout about this location, it delivers exactly what you?d want from a discount store: a good range of products, reasonable prices, and a welcoming environment. I?d definitely return for everyday essentials or a bargain find.

This is the third time we have been in this B&M store and can I just say the attitude of the female manager in the store is atrocious, either being blunt to customers, not even looking at customers and saying her till is closed when there are many people waiting. Also talking down to other staff members in the shop as well, I think this needs to be investigated as many of the other staff members looked like they didn?t even want to be there. She has no customer service and overall ruined the experience of the B&M store in Kingston Retail Park.
