Awful. Overpriced - cost nearly £12 for me, my husband and granddaughter. Since when did adults pay at children’s play centres?!? And a booking fee!We ordered food, it took ages to come and then it was barely warm. The paninis looked like they had just been thrown together with the ham hard and dry where it had fallen...

We visited on 08.March 2024 for a children's birthday party at 4. 00 pm. Upon arrival staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Overall my child enjoyed himself due to the facilities and the very nice host family. Food was average.

Great for the grand kids. Food a bit pricey though. My oldest grandaugter who is 12 is too tall for other soft play places but shes OK here.

Big Fun is a fantastic indoor soft play centre that's suitable for all ages! There are huge slides, rope walkways, tumble towers, go carts, trampolines... the list goes on and on! What sets Big Fun apart from the rest is that it really is suitable for all ages. We have a large dedicated section for the Under 4s, and the main play area which is suitable for all ages over 5yrs. (Toddlers are welcome in most of the main play area when accompanied by an adult). We’re open everyday for family fun, and also have our open Adult Nights every Friday night for over 18yrs only, when the bar is open too! Our Teen Nights are every month, and there are private bookings available all other nights. So there really is something for everyone at Big Fun Hull!
