I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience with BathroomSuppliesOnline concerning the purchase of a Laufen toilet seat in September.In a short span, the soft close function of the toilet seat malfunctioned, leading to the cover slamming down abruptly. Regrettably, this resulted in the toilet cover cracking. Seeking a resolution, I contacted BathroomSuppliesOnline, only to face a disheartening response.BathroomSuppliesOnline reached out to Laufen on my behalf, who claimed that the damage seemed to result from external force rather than a product flaw. Despite my assurance that this was not the case, BathroomSuppliesOnline solely relied on Laufen's assessment and denied any form of compensation.This situation has left me deeply dissatisfied, not only due to the faulty product but primarily because of the inadequate customer service provided by BathroomSuppliesOnline. There has been no effort to understand my perspective, and there is a glaring lack of goodwill in handling this matter.I had hoped for a more customer-centric approach from a company I trusted with a £200 purchase. Unfortunately, the current situation leaves me questioning both the product quality and the commitment of BathroomSuppliesOnline to customer satisfaction. I would recommend customers to take their purchase elsewhere, where the company wouldn't solely side with the supplier as it is basically your words against theirs.

We ordered our bathroom from this company. They were really helpful and all the items they suggested have been spot on. We needed our items a week early and they accommodated this and delivered them promptly. Great service. Thank you.

Great company to do business with. Ordered on Sunday and item was delivered on Tuesday and during all of the upheaval in supply that we are facing at the moment. Very impressed. A good price for a beautiful finishing touch to my bathroom - a bath filler and valve. Thank you for being as good as your reviews!

Slow comms having to constantly chase up where my order is with no one calling or e-mailing back as promised.Was told probably 3 days.. Order was then meant to arrive on day 7 but driver was a no show.. Day 8 still no sign of the driver and staff being held up on site waiting for this mythical driver who is forever "yeah on his way to you now. Next stop.."This has now cost a full extra day of having staff on site and I'm now holding zero faith it will be here by the end of the working day AGAIN.I appreciate you possibly contract out delivery but it and the poor comms reflects directly on you. What is most annoying is the constant promises of yeah will probably go out the warehouse today etc.. I can't work with being told what I want to hear, just tell me what is actually happening and I'll plan around that.Two upcoming full bathroom refits and I'll be ordering elsewhere.

I ordered 6 Miller items form Bathroom Supplies Online. All arrived promptly and everything was good apart from the shower basket where the fixing kit was missing. I emailed Bathroom Supplies to let them know what I needed; they contacted Miller & asked them to send out the required parts to me which I received.I have awarded 4 stars as I was not informed of this action so I contacted Miller myself needlessly. Apart from this little hiccup, the service was very good, delivery prompt with excellent packing but communication could have been a little better.
