Just impossible , as a person who works banking times are hard to work around , rushed to get there as it?s a in bank transaction ( seeing a person) I had to make, I get there at 3.01pm to find it closed , ok I understand I?m late but having the security guard sat the other side on the glass door playing on his phone making 3 jesture with his fingers and a little laugh really didn?t help?.. time to find a more customer friendly bank

Hull paragon branch,I had a problem with downloading my statements for a reference so I popped onto the hull branch were a lovely lady called Megan helped solve my problem, she was ever so helpful and very polite young lady,thanks again Megan for your help.

Hello we are almost 80 and both technophobe.
Unfortunately my mobile went for a swim in some Xmas party do and nothing was working after that. My while life is on my phone including our online banking which we rely on totally.
I was devastated so we went into Hull City Centre . We have been with Barclays for over 50 years and due to bank closures we have needed to visit different ones.
Now only the city centre branch is open and we were faced by banks of machines . Fortunately there were real people staff to help and they were absolutely marvellous.
So friendly , helpful , empathetic and patient and they were all great assets to Barclays.
Can't remember all their names but Caty and Tina were 2 .
By the way between EE and our son , my phone is now working perfectly so I am back online ?
Will get it all backed up now and next year a new phone.
