A well stocked store with everything for the diyer. Friendly helpful staff. Good kitchen and bathroom displays. Plenty of easy parking outside.

Most plants outside looked dead. Had a 50% off offer but even staff had no idea which ones it applied to. Corporate piss take on their customers, management need to be disciplined, shameful. Poor shop management.

I do wonder if this store is too big for people who just need the main DIY things, however the staff are really helpful. I went in for one item and came out with many more. The garden centre section is well stocked with some good bargains. I got three trays of plants for a tenner and a lifetimes supply (slight exaggeration) of compost for £11.

B&q is my local go to store and normally can find everyone but today Went today looking for some frame fixings and a young man called Baz helped me out on several occasions and his advice was great normally they are so busy i wouldn?t ask
But credit were credit is due hope the feedback reached the right people

Go e downhill post covid, no one on the tills. The staff get offended if you don't want to scan it yourself. Despite two of them standing there doing nothing. Will order from Amazon in future

Apauling service whent to B&Q today to purchase some expanding foam with my 40 year son (weares a full bead )and really snotty till attendant reference to service us because he didn't have a ID on him even through it was my bank I had My ID on me and was me paying for it ridiculous we then whent to homebase and purchase the same product didn't even query our age I'll take my business elsewhere from now on
