Due to my disability and my Husbands I asked Will in store if he could help load some flooring. Will went above and beyond making sure we did no lifting and we had time to browse with no rush. He came to the till when we were ready and loaded the car too. Fantastic smile and so friendly. Could not ask for more. A credit to the store and the managers. Thank you.

It a very large store with a large carpark in a convenient location. However last time I visited staff was hazard to find and the thing that I checked if was available only just wasn't in the shelf.

Rude staff Trade Point always have a bad attitude when you don?t have your trade card with you!
If trades kept all the cards they are given off other companies in their pockets be no room for nothing else!
Rude young lady with tattoos up her arms to busy listening to other conversations on her head set then listening to what the customer is saying and you wonder why i do not spend a lot of money with you!
Plus she said if you don?t like it go somewhere else? Amazed she still has a job??????
Its not like trade get any discounts unless you spend a fortune first anyway!?????
Less hassle going to the public checkouts and pay the same anyway!
Always this b&q no others!!
Kingfisher group for you allover that also owns Screwfix???

I recently visited this store to purchase a power tool. Upon arriving I was directed to a young man called Charlie who was extremely helpful and thorough. He explained everything in detail and gave me the pros and cons of the different items. Colleen supported us to sign up to the B&Q membership scheme. Throughly looked after and will certainly visit again. Thank you for your excellent costumer service.

Tonight we popped into our local store to get some painting supplies ahead of the bank holiday weekend. Both ladies we encountered on the paint counter were personable, knowledgeable and their customer service was excellent. They took the time to ensure we bought the right paint and primer and even provided advice on best approach to application. We walked away confident and will look out for Linda & her peer next time we visit.
