Andy the night manager was a great help finishing my christmas shopping list with me looking for bits round the shop, then the delivery came in where I managed to get the rest apart from potatoes which wasn't on the first lorry but happily went out back to find out then came and let us know they wasn't on the first but will be on the second lorry

Very helpful staff. I must have looked bewildered after leaving my shopping list at home and a male member of staff asked me if there was anything he could help me with, just out of the blue. If you need to ask where something is they literally take you there and ask if there's anything else they can help you with. One lady on the self scan trolley section particularly stands out. She goes over and above the norm and couldn't be more helpful. I'm told that her name is Dawn and she encouraged me, a technophobe to download the Asda Rewards app. I've saved a lot of money by doing so and she helped me to redeem the vouchers recently. She's always so busy but always has the time to explain anything that we ask her. She's an absolute credit to Asda Bilton and should be commended for her exceptional customer service skiis.

It's a shame that the stock is so low when Asda Bilton was the original store. Staff are really friendly, despite lots of staff doing online orders. One thing I will say is they need more tills with staff on. Customers don't work for asda or get paid by Asda. Older people use the shop to meet up and get human contact. So it's a shame the cafe has also gone.

Thank you to Asda Bilton for keeping my groceries long after the collect time. I usually have my groceries delivered on a Tuesday 6-7 pm but this time something went wrong and they were slotted into a click & collect on Monday 1-1.30pm. Not realising, I arranged to be out and unable to go at the arranged time. I got to Asda Bilton about 4pm and was still able to collect. As registered disabled this was so welcome so thank you again.

Hey this has to be the dirtiest Asda store in the north. Tony the manager has taught his staff anti hygiene . They like t cough n splutter all over Thier hands and YOUR PRODUCE no hand sanitizer or anything. Tony the manager does not like her staff to wash after having a dump in the bog... Says it all after what happend only a few years ago. And Thier answer to my complaint about basic food hygiene was to call security. Ok I'll call environmental health and HSS too

Received an order through just eat, half the items were missing and just eat won't refund. If items are missing you should communicate like other retailers do to let their customers know. I have the same issue every time with you!!! Never ordering from you again.

Never again will I shop here at Asda bilton....in the shop ...no manned tills on.. full basket, disabled with kids...no help...terrible experience... Online shopping delivered to hedon....comes from bilton...too many out of date products..brown fruit and substitutes a joke.....ordered wholemeal bread..what came was wholemeal hovis biscuits.... Gave them a second chance at home delivery....never delivered my frozen food..I had to go n pick it up from bilton.... PLEASE do not use this shop...I'm back at Tesco's or Aldi...it's worth paying that little bit more for a good service and quality food...... I'm happy again... At least to see happy faces when serving you instead of misery at Asda. Have a nice day ??

Use the jet wash most times however today the jet wash wouldn?t take my card and the jet wash gun was broken sometimes no soap just water these need to be maintained regularly it is a good jet wash normally but you take a chance when you?re there sometimes both working or just the one it does not take money sometimes so have your card with you so I think they need regular maintenance

It's a well stocked shop with various items from household goods, clothing, opticians to car and obviously food. Personally I'd like a bigger section for garden/house plants instead of things being seasonal - these areas are not seasonal if you are an avid gardener. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place has plenty of parking for all. There is also an onsite garage (card payment - no kiosk).

The Bilton store is dirty with very limited stock of products. Prices are wrong, None of the staff members are available on the shop floor. I'm very disappointed.
