Had the most unhelpful young woman on the pizza desk today, I know you may not be happy in your work but not hard to offer a friendly smile / welcome or alternatively get a desk job. No need for rudeness towards customers.

I travelled over to this Asda to look at clothes to be told at 6pm that the fitting rooms were shit because there was only one member of staff on. So I thought I'd travel back today, a Saturday at approx 4.30pm to try some clothes on to fins the fitting rooms were shut again!!!! When my husband asked why, the staff member said it's because there is a sale on. Absolutely ridiculous! Both staff members were miserable and there was no customer service. Just awful.

I think it?s stupid that you open the self check out tills at 10, isn?t the whole point of self check out is to do it yourself?? How ridiculous, made me late for work and now I have to go without a drink and breakfast because you?re all too lazy!!!

The till staff are hand picked to be the absolute slowest you can imagine!!! I'm sure its deliberate to force people to use self services.

This store is large and has lots of choice, really it has all you could need and the layout is mostly clear. Great bakery and fresh food selection. However I am noticing each time I visit items on the shelves are out out of date particularly crisps and packaged cake items.

All the small trolleys are broken, they either pull in the wrong direction, or clunk along.
The hand scanners regularly freeze, so essentially you have wasted your time scanning, and need to scan everything again at a regular till.
Basically the place is rundown and tired.

Popped here today, 11/2/25 great customer service by KIM, so helpfull and friendly, had to pick up Surfleet food for my local food bank ( Hedon) KIM, was a great help.

Not about the store itself but here goes. I ran out of petrol today near HB. A lovely man wearing an Asda high vis polo shirt stopped and helped me. What a good advocate for Asda. He was so lovely n helpful and didn?t judge me which was exactly what I needed. So thank you kind gentleman

So easy to park( busiest times Fri/Sat)so car park can be fuller.
Everything you need is under one roof. The only downside is that when it's busy they don't open enough tills so queues can be quite long.

Maccies here is outrageous ordered my scran 2 hours ago I?d walk to go get it but I?ve wasted away I?m hoping the delivery driver will drop it to my bed else it?s looking dire for me. Also closes at 4 so hoping it gets made before then. Attached picture of my order
