Some of the staff here are absolute clowns, especially the ones on the smoking / return counter, specifically the middle aged blonde woman with glasses. Ignores you and acts like you're an inconvenience for daring to come into the store and spend money, and it's not the first time. I've spent thousands in here. You've lost a customer for life.

9.50 ask the security guard what time it was said 9.50 store doesn't close until 10 pm maybe u should change it until whenever the staff get paid until ??

Having visited Hull for the night, I decided to try ASDA café for breakfast, before leaving for home. DISGUSTING!! Ordered a full breakfast and coffee and after 30 minutes I asked a staff member how much longer I would be waiting, to which she decided to blamed her colleague on the till and was extremely rude andunhelpful, when I mentioned how long I had been waiting she pulled a funny face at me. Having then waited total of 35-40 minutes I received the breakfast. I asked for a refund for the breakfast and an apology which I didn't receive. Absolutely disappointed having to experience this. I would not recommend at a?l, the service was dire and the food was not up to my expectations either. Some staff certainly do require some customer training.

Fed up of spending time choosing a computer Game, spending 3 times as much time in a que to pay for it, then time waiting for someone to go get it only to be told we don?t have it..( not sorry we don?t ) then why have 3 or 4 stacks of the boxes on the shelf.. I give up on this store. 3 rd time it?s happened now.

Just went to get some essentials realised I didn?t have a coin, stood at customer services, while the customer service lady sat and chatted with a college , they both passed glacés at me, but continued to chat and laugh and giggle,
After 5 mins or a bit longer the lady asked me what she can do for me,
I said I didn?t have money for the trolly, she said she could exchange money for a coin etc,
I explained that I don?t have money I have card, so she said go out side walk down the side of the building to a cash machine, come back and I will change the money,
So I did that, but I have seen many times that they use a token to get the trolly or I could have been adviced to get a cash back at the counter,
Any ways thinking about this I have come to the conclusion that although this is my local Asda and I have shopped their 100s of times, this time I didn?t get the service I should have gotten
I won?t name the customer service lady,
But I feel that I didn?t get the service due to my ethnicity,

Best supermarket ever!!!! Majority of staff are friendly and will bend over backwards to make shopping easy and less stressful. I have anxiety and three azkng kids and we love shopping here. The staff r amazing and especially one on customer service and three on self service. Sarah and Jayne I think two are called wish I knew names of the others s alL four deserve medals

Useless self serve - 1 member of staff working who couldn?t leave an open till. Total waste of time. I ended up walking out and leaving all my shopping as I?d had enough.
