Went there to find the door locked, looked over asked if they were open and the girl working shot me a look like I was about to rob the store and said very bluntly no. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Bought 2 x too good to go bags almost 24 hrs previously and when we got there the girl said "There isn't any, there is nothing for you, the morning staff hasn't made them up, it is nothing to do with us, the morning staff aren't very responsible" I was given a refund. After asking for the managers details I was told to call the shop the following day as she wouldn't give out any personal details. There was a trolley with lots of reduced groceries in near the checkout which maybe should have been our bags who knows but there were refrigerated items in there so would be spoilt anyway as they weren't in the fridge. It was such a bad experience I was actually taken aback with what was said.

Went here to fill up my car on a fuel card wex esso to be told they don't except them only key fuels and not even shell cards and it's a shell station not happy
