SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS!!! me and my partner purchased a tape camera from here and it was covered with celephane so we slightly cut it open to double check it was wireless LIKE IT SAID ON THE WEBSITE WRONGLY ADVERTISED???
and this stupid whatever she was looked at me and said ?we don?t do returns? sorry? since when? ?we can?t sell it? sorry?? CANT SELL IT?? please be for real right now DO NOT GO TO ARGOS BECAUSE IT IS A JOKE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Collection a large and difficult to carry order on Thursday the 8th. the girls working couldn't have been more helpful. They noticed I was struggling with my disabled mother, they were exceptionally lovely and helped me load my car.
I just wanted to say a special thank you to the two ladies who helped me, you never know what someone is going through but your extra positivity and help really made a difference to what was an extremely stressful time!

Bought a phone and stopped charging within one week, so went back in and the staff member told me I should try getting it fixed so I did that at a separate shop but phone still wouldn't work so I went back in and then they said it would not be under warranty anymore because I took it somewhere else even though that's what they told me to do however the man serving me was nice and did try to help so 2 stars
