My son wanted to learn to play Pokemon and saw that they do it here. Booked him in for today and he loved it. The staff member was friendly, explained everything well and had a few games with him. Would definitely recommend this session for anyone wanting to learn.

The store is well stocked but their communication in customer service is lacking. We asked on Facebook directly the night before we came if they had stock of x card game, they said ?yes we are getting them in at opening time? we were there on opening time (smack on time!) only to be told they sold them out to preorders days ago.. why were we encouraged to come in online being told they will be there today? The guy was kind but Sorry no matter what the communication here is lacking and wastes time x

Fantastic shop, massive assortment of warhammer and pokemon. Will have to go back with a list of singles that I need for my pokemon collection when I'm next in the area.

5 stars. The staff were lovely and advised me on some Pokemon cards for my nephews and they were really enthusiastic about it, explaining in great detail about the different packs and about the amount of fakes around. They also told me that they could come to the shop in the summer holidays and tell them what their favourite character was and they would give them some free cards. Its great service as far as I'm concerned.

Good stock which is regularly updated but customer service is lacking, the guys are nice enough but the lady is quite rude.
It?s a shame and definitely takes away from what a great store could be. Not too eager to go back

The best tcg and tabletop game in Hull. Huge store which had things I've ever only seen online before. Had mystery dice sets which I csn never resist. A ton of board and cars games of various sizes and prices which were all competitive with online prices.
Staff were friendly, engaging, and genuine and really enjoyed the experience.

Decent store, but some of their prices can be hit and miss, eg, trying to sell a £10 graded slab for £75, with ?no movement on price?. Check prices on TCG and EBay before you buy

Friendly and helpful staff, I've always enjoyed coming here from being a child, massive range of comics and pokemon cards. Definitely the place for an enthusiast. Thanks for a great experience guys ?

Just terrible customer service, no knowledge, spoke at you like you was their worst enemy and hated you. Not the type of people who should be working in a store designed to help and include people enjoying a hobby. Would never recommend or return for any reason

My son came tonight 27/9/24 asked for help with painting warhammer paints and was spoken too like a toddler "what colour do you want" he didnt know .all he needed was someone to explain base paint etc zero help at all. My son is autistic so was a big thing to even come ask for help. Well done he wont come back! Hes trying to enjoy a new hobby.

I'm a massive geek when it comes to comic books and figures etc. I've never been to a place where it was all under 1 roof. Kids really enjoyed it too. They liked name your Pokémon character with the guy who runs it. Cheers. We'll be back.

great store! easy to find & plenty to choose from! went for Pokémon, had all sorts available. MTG & Yu-Gi-Oh too, folders & folders of them. the two times I've been, there's been a steady flow of customers, people bringing stuff in, DND games happening, so is clearly well established & the staff are helpful & polite as well. thank you very much guys! :)
