We have used Food Express for a few years but not anymore. The wrong order was delivered and when we rang to let them know the woman became obnoxious and rude and was totally unhelpful . We went back on the website to check and reorder but clicked on one pizza and a different order came up. Not impressed and won?t be using them again!

Amazing food, actually arrived hot, staff very helpful even though they could not find my house out in the sticks, will definitely be ordering again. This is the best one in the area! thanks guys ??

Just been to
FOOD EXPRESS HOWDEN.
I got home to have no chips or kebab sauce.
Called them and was told I would have to bring it "ALL" back in to "PROVE" that I hadn't been given them !!! ???
When I said "are you acusing me of lying" I was told "well we don't know if you got them and you are going to have to come in anyway" !!!!!
I went back in and was accused of having eaten the chicken from the kebab !!! ???
I was rudely force given my money back and manager absolutely couldn't have been more disinterested.
I didn't want my money back, I just wanted my tea !!!
Shame, I have been going there for years but with the disgusting attitude of the staff I will NEVER go there again and others should seriously consider an alternative as well.
Shop local, lol.
Why would I when they can't even treat local people with respect.

Ordered burger with out chips,opened box theres cooked frozen oven chips in the box ,cook proper chips or dont serve them when requested not to ,wont be going back to that place ,get your fingers out and serve proper chips not frozen oven chips

Overpriced tasteless and burnt. Over an inch of pastry around the edge with no cheese on bing twice I won't get burnt the third time. ?
