“We have always found staff friendly and helpful. They were very prompt collecting donations of big items and they made extra journey for smaller items. (I have never felt they treated me any different even using walk sticks etc). Well done great job all staff.Happy new year It is not a car boot and prices seem fine. .p.s. the wool was great quality and daughter made beautiful knee rug for dad!”
