Went in on valentine's day , asked for £ 20 worth of flowers .....5 mins later lady says "that's £20.50 "I replied " I've only got £20" ....She says ok I will take some out !I will tell you what take the lot out and put them back in your window ..For the sake of 50p...I went to Aldi and got a better bunch for £8.50?

I'm a very disappointed with the quality and variety of flowers I got delivered to a friend. I asked for no box and they were in a box which the company claim costs £12?!?! the quality of the flowers do not amount to £55- do not waste your money and the attitude/customer service didn't exist!

Julie and her staff have been doing the flowers for our sons Christmas, birthday and anniversary for 20 years now. Always excellent. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else . I would also like to thank flower box for making a donation to children's cancer.

Ordered a pomander and was ready in a few days and I must say it looks absolutely beautiful! I?m very pleased with it and it?s now hanging in pride of place outside my door.

The Flower Box provided flowers for a family member?s special birthday. Very helpful when I called from outside the UK, with great suggestions to make the whole gift extra special. The information I gave on favorite flowers was listened to carefully and the arrangement was perfect, and delighted my family member. Will definitely use them again!

I ordered flowers from here by phone : never again! She suggested a bird of paradise which sounded lovely. Imagine my surprise on seeing that the flower was a plastic one stuck in the pot alongside a very ordinary looking green plant! as I said never again...
