What an absolute gem of a place!!! Visited yesterday with my husband! I'm Gluten free & the staff were amazing!! So helpful & friendly!! And a great choice of GF on the menu! Gorgeous GF bacon & sausage sandwich/ locally sourced!! They even gave details for me to order GF cake for next time we visit! Couldn't have been more helpful & wonderful food! Will definitely return & advise anyone to do the same! For a tiny establishment they've definitely got it right! Biker friendly too! XX Best place I've ever eaten at! Thank you!! ????

This charming tea room is a hidden gem. The chocolate cake was absolutely gorgeous, and the pot of tea was lovely. The prices are great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I visited Mappleton today whilst on holiday. We called in at The Old Post Office Tea Rooms to buy some Ice Cream. I can honestly say I've never had such a delicious 'Strawberries and Cream' double chocolate cone - It was absolutely delicious!

We stayed there recently at the accommodation and we absolutely loved it. So clean, tidy, hosts were so lovely. We felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here and I'm currently looking at booking again!!! Thankyou for a wonderful time. Alex, Carl and Buster the dog xx

Came today with my children, was just passing by and the girls was hungry. What a lovely little place very friendly service and lovely service definitely be our regular visit. The lady who worked there was lovely with my daughter. Kind felt like home from home which i absolutely loved and next time will bring my dog as they dog friendly place. If i could rate higher then 5****** would xx

Love this place ,visit everytime we visit mappleton for the home made cakes ,big pots of tea and lovely meals always take our great Dane Doris ,all dogs welcome,lovely conservatory or sit outside in the garden the ladies who run and make all the cakes are lovely ????
