“Staying just across the road and decided to go for a drink, we hadn’t made up our minds about something to eat but took a look at the menu and it had a good selection and at a very reasonable price. We had 1 Steak Pie and Mash, 1 Lasagne with Chips and I had the Gammon and Chips. The gammon came with both pineapple and egg which makes a change. We were not disappointed as the food was excellent and plenty of it, the service was also very good. Anyone looking for something to eat, then you won’t find much better than here. The beer was also very nice.”
