Do not touch this Company - we are on our 2nd fitting of lino - it has a tear in it - they will not replace or address this - the first fitting was so ridiculously poor they agreed to replace - now that the 2nd version has gone down and has a tear they will not honour a replacement - they constantly let us down with fitting dates - one time because the fitters had decided they weren't going to work and were going to Wembley instead - absolute farce - save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere - we paid for quality lino and have a job which is not quality at all - instead you end up with a lot of waffle - we were told the lino should not be glued or sealed and that's why we initially had a problem - the 2nd time we were told it was glued and sealed and so we should not have a problem - contradicting waffle all the way through - if I could give zero stars I would!!!!!
