Shop is clean and tidy. Well laid out. But the most outstanding feature of the store, for me, are the staff. Exceptional friendliness, politeness and super helpful. Even though i don't visit daily, they greet you like an old friend, know exactly where everything is and nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous!!

I go here all time and have never had a problem before. However, yesterday an overweight girl with red hair and glasses was at the till. I could see her already glaring at me in the queue like she couldn?t believe I had wine in my hand (I?m 24 nearly 25). She said in a very condescending way I need your ID. This would have been fine if she?d asked nicely without being presumptuous because clearly not everyone is good at judging. But what threw me was when I said I was 24 as I passed my ID and she laughed in my face like she thought I was lying (she looked younger than me!). No apology or anything when she realised. Very rude and nonchalant girl won?t be coming here again.
