Don?t buy the hotdogs! We had one each with onions but no onions arrived in one. Plastered in cheap American mustard and still can?t get the taste out of my mouth 2 hours later. Ate inside, flies everywhere, service was absent, no napkins, no cutlery brought to table, long wait time. Were absolutely starving so ate it but regretted it. Yuk yuk yuk! Had to laugh tho, but will never ever go there again. Flat White was okay but the order for Latte arrived as tea. We were blamed for not being clear. Maybe owners should realise that minimum wage translates to minimum effort ?

It's awful, you do not get value for money here, it's the only cafe in the shopping village so my advice woube either bring your own lunch or eat before you call in.

Had lunch here today, staff attitude was shocking , like everything was too much hard work for them no manners food thrown down on the table and not cooked to the usual standard chips were burnt! No clean knifes and then thrown in the pot when we asked for one! Sadly what was once a lovely place to eat is now spoilt by stroppy teenagers. Not one member of staff made us feel welcomed or used any manners !

Ordered a latte and asked for a little hot water. Was told I would be charged an extra £1 for the hot water! Interesting that when I ask for half of the one shot of coffee, they don't knock anything off for the reduced amount of coffee, but they think it's ok to charge me for a small amount of water! I only use the water to water it down as I like it really weak, unfortunately I'm being charged extra for my preference of a really weak latte.

Thought I would have a Change and had quiche, chips and peas this was advertised on the special board for I think for £7,95 Standard cappuccino £2,90
The staff were very nice and polite, The place seemed to be clean and tidy quite a nice environment ..but the food was horrific, it looked dull and tasteless.. For a meal and a drink costing £10.85 I was expecting something a little better.
The quiche looked like it had been sat for quite a while on a counter losing its flavour, the chips were just anaemic and tasteless.. the peas, obviously they were frozen and seemed very (Shelly) hard and raw.

My wife is wheelchair bound and I use a walking stick due to arthritis in my knee, we decided to have a drink at this cafe. Now firstly the ladies were very nice although the assistant who served me gave me a pound short in my change, that's not a problem accidents happen, however the man behind the counter was not amused, the young assistant said where are you sitting, I told her and she said she would bring my drinks outside to me and my wife. The man said no you won't we only take food to the tables, I who don't forget have a walking stick said to the man do you want me to carry the drinks myself, he was very rude and said yes you must. Ok no problem I said I will struggle. While I was waiting for my drinks to be poured one of the ladies said to him you do know he has a walking stick, the man said yes I do but ok then we shall bring it out for you, I told him not to bother I will struggle rather than upset him. So there I was with a walking stick trying to carry a tray with two cups of tea on it and the man just watched. I did have to stop and put the tray down a couple of times but I got there in the end.
Would I go there again, no blooming chance, the man was extremely rude no consideration and not pleasant to his staff.
One star is too much a horrible place.

Nice cafe, big and bright and warm. Found the prices very reasonable. The coffee was nice. The pizza was great for the price of £6.50 and the scone was tasty and fruity.

Came here for coffee on a recent stop off at the Freeport (and it was the highlight!) coffee was very good - hot and flavourful. Nice comfortable sofas and pleasant surroundings.

4 of us called for coffee and cake we were given some of the cakes and told the rest they would bring waited over 10 mins I ordered scone was stale and inedible.
The staff looked miserable and uninterested couldn't catch anyone's eye .poor quality I. All respects won't is again avoid
