This property has been a Chinese/Asian cuisine ever since I can remember.
I went with my family (told about the managers ora)
They were not wrong, it's Asif he didn't want to be there. Stubborn, rude and one worded. Smoking cigarettes out of either entrance.
You could smell it as you came in.
Such a shame because everything else is great and he's a real let down to the team that runs the show.
All in all, great food, big portions, just feel unwanted.
Parking: There is parking to the rear of the property, although we walked.

Food lovely..floor staff lovely..15 pound minimum spend on card..the owner/manager..was rude from start to finish. Said he had never heard of peking chicken.there was 10 of us and all said the same thing Would reccomend when the manager is on holiday..

Good food and service OK but the sour faced little Chinese man was just rude, no greeting, just "yeah" rushed us through our ordering and after waiting some time to pay the bill, went to the bar where he was serving and after several minutes he turned to us and said "what, I said to pay the bill, he then took card and did not say another word not even a thank you or goodbye, rude obnoxious little man.
Needless to say we will not be visiting again. Would have given zero stars if review was solely about him.

Owner was absolutely horrible and arrogant and made us feel like a burden.
I am not sure if it is because we are young but both of the staff working on the 25/7/24 was disgusting the way we was treated. However when the staff was talking to other people they seemed to be nice to them.
Never ever give them business the food you get is the same anywhere else and at least you aren?t greeted with an attitude!!

If you want delicious Chinese food this is the place to be. Everything is cooked to perfection, no dripping fat on the deep fried food and the black bean sauce is just something else ?

Food was great, owner was a frantic mess, disorganised, and clueless. Food came 10 mins apart, asked owner for the bill 4 times, and waited 20 mins for bill, felt stuck. Go elsewhere.

Visited this restaurant for the first time a couple of months ago, thought the food was delicious but who I presume was the owner was a very rude, ignorant man. I felt sorry for the waitress as the way he spoke to her was awful, if it hadn't been for her who was such a lovely friendly girl I don't think we would have bothered to go back.Have just been again tonight, unfortunately the waitress who was there previously was not working so had the same rude man serving us. He really needs to go on a customer service course I think. It seems that the only time he is nice to people is if they are regulars. Me and my friends will certainly not be spending our money in his restaurant again that's for sure which is a shame as the food is nice.

The owner was ignorant. No eye contact. No welcome or thank you. We was made to feel unwelcome.

One of the better Asian restaurants in the area but their team definitely need to learn how to speak to customers. I have noted their manners are better when speaking to certain skin colour

Have had takeaway lots of times and always enjoyed it. Took my family to the restaurant over Christmas period, our first time there and will definitely be our last..The food was good but that?s where the good stuff ends. The service was slow as hardly any staff (tho the two women, which then reduced to one, serving were nice). The man, who I assume was the owner, was just rude. Didn?t acknowledge us when we arrived nor when we left (we don?t expect the earth, a simple ?hello? or ?goodbye? would suffice). During the meal we asked if it would be possible to get some milk for the baby and were just bluntly told that no - they don?t have milk (bit odd for a restaurant). After the meal whilst waiting for the bill, we asked whether they had any fortune cookies and again was bluntly told no. (Same answer at the start when we asked for prawn crackers).Whilst leaving, I noticed the fish-tank and I actually felt sorry for the fish. The tank was filthy, looked like it hadn?t been cleaned for a year!So in summary, yes the food is nice (not great, but nice) but if you want a restaurant which makes you feel welcome and that your custom is valued, avoid this one. We certainly won?t ever be going back?
