I cannot speak highly enough of the surgical treatment of my right eye for astigmatism and a cataract by Mr. Sid Goel. I felt no pain at all at any point, and was amazed to find perfect vision had been restored to my eye the following day. I should add that Mr. Goel's support team, led by Rachael and assisted by Ezra, Princess (that really is her name!), Theresa and Ezra were all the embodiment of kindness and consideration at every stage. As I say, I cannot thank them all strongly enough.

Had my mole excision today with Dr James Britton and wanted to say that I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the service I have received, through the hospital and the consultant himself. I was able to be seen very quickly and the procedure was done shortly after he's a very genuine and professional doctor, really friendly. I would 100% recommend anyone to the clinic. His whole team today in my procedure as well as his secretary have been fantastic.

Been here for my disabled partner many of times. Was referred here after he head started to hurt far more then just simply migraines. They are also brilliant, well mannered and polite. Last time my partner was dizzy after being given a nerve blocker. They couldn't do enough for her. Well pleased.

The receptionists appear as though they are forced to work there and don?t really like being bothered by the patients. It?s obvious they have no training and have a background without manners.

Absolutely fantastic clinic treated by all staff with upmost respect! Your given plenty of time to talk to consultant who actually listens and genuinely cares and trys there very best to help you! Mrs Dorsey is such a amazing consultant I suffered a traumatic brain injury and struggle at times to get words out she fully understands

My 63 years old mother used this clinic as her eyesight was getting worse and other opticians couldn't figure out what was causing it.
She decided on this place and she couldn't be happier. She was diagnosed with cataract after 1st very thorough consultation. A month later she had laser eye correction. A week later her eyes were healed. No complications. She only has to wear glasses for reading which she's still getting used to but can't get enough of how good this place is. Big thumbs up from a daughter of a very happy patient.

Not happy at all with the dermatologist I saw in march/april paid £330 for no solution to my problem. Was told it was eczema on my face. And not to worry. Was not caring at all. Paid for steroid cream and emollient. After 5 weeks had a very bad flare up. Been so upset I have gone for a second opinion to someone else. Apparently I have an allergy. Don't know if it's due to the hair dye my hairdresser uses or cleanser/moisturiser. So now waiting for a referral from my GP. Was told this could have been done by the dermatologist I saw at Spire hesslewood. So my money as just gone down the drain. Thanks for the wrong advice and upset this as caused. I had two surgery at Spire Hull Hospital for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands with doctor Jacob.I would like say massive thank you for all of the staff who working there.Friendly, helpful and smiling receptionists, fantastic nurses who works with a passion and very pleasant and professional doctors.I would also like to thank Kat who assisted during the surgery. She hold my hand during the operation she was very caring and made the operation pass in a great atmosphere.I would definitely recommend this hospital.Thank you once again , Angelika :)
