Went to my appointment after receiving a reminder. Booking was easy and straightforward. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a member of staff. I was seen within about 2 minutes. From there I had a complete eye test. I saw two members of staff I have seen previously and I liked that I got people I recognised, probably coincidence but I like familiarity. Service from start to finish was excellent, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend using this Hessle store.

I left very happy with my experience at the Hessle branch of Specsavers. As someone who can feel a little anxious about visiting the opticians, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and at ease I felt throughout my visit. The whole team were kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the experience genuinely enjoyable.

I had a specific eye problem starting to affect my vision; the ophthalmologist at Specsavers examined my eyes, sent the results to the eye hospital and I received an appointment next day. Glad I went to Specsavers.

I was met at the door and directed to a seat and immediately another young lady called Kath did a retinal photography test. I was then seen by Dave Clark the optician followed by Charlotte who helped me to choose my frames. I couldn't believe how lovely the staff were and the fact that I didn't have to sit and wait at any time. I would recommend this optician at Hessle
