Honestly why does the government continue to subsidise what is the most disorganised and redundant organisation in the world. Out of 2 deliveries I've been to the office 5 times and each time they are utterly incapable of doing anything that remotely resembles customer service.

Extremely unhelpful woman refused to give me my parcel without the red slip. I had the email from Royal Mail and online it says this is acceptable in place of the red slip. It wouldn?t have been so bad if the opening times weren?t so unhelpful also.

Royal Mail customer service is an absolute Joke.I checked my tracking number - delivery due today between 9.47 and 12.47 - Cool i'll make sure im in.Go to walk the dog at 8.30. Get back at 9.15. What do I find? Royal mail slip, attempted delivery at 09.06. Item back to delivery office. Cant collect same day, tomorrow is Sunday, I'm back at work Monday?? Impossible to contact the delivery office through royal mails pathetic national phone number. After a 30 min wait to get in touch with general customer service over the phone, basically being told its tough. They didnt even attempt to rectify issue or sort it being delivered again today or me to be able to collect same day. It really is pathetic how customer service has gone these days.

useless! a combination of strikes and them losing my parcel means i've been trying to pick the same parcel up for two weeks now. I wouldn't mind so much but we were actually in when they supposedly tried to deliver it!

Female member of staff said "go away as we are closed" despite the published collection times making reference to the fact that the office should be open to customers collecting their parcels. Disgusting customer service.

Just checked opening times due to covid and expecting to find them different to usual. Says online that you are open until 1pm today Tuesday 16th of March. Great I thought.Arrive at 11.23 to find you all locked up. THANKS FOR THAT! NOT!!!!!Please sort your times out this is not on.
