Honestly why does the government continue to subsidise what is the most disorganised and redundant organisation in the world. Out of 2 deliveries I've been to the office 5 times and each time they are utterly incapable of doing anything that remotely resembles customer service.

Why are you not updating your hours online rather than leaving a printed off A4 sheet of paper on your door. This doesn’t let anybody know that you’re shut until they’re at the door
