Recently started doing all my shopping here, I find it really easy doing the scan and shop as a Nectar card user with a very busy toddler. I must say I am always happy with the staff and the stock, but this week has really topped it for me. I picked up a newborn outfit and my toddler was insistent on carrying it around the shop. I didn't realise until I got home that she had dropped it somewhere in the store and I had since paid for it on the scan and shop and left without it! I went back with my receipt and explained the situation to Michaela, who was incredibly helpful and helped me look around the shop to see if we could find where it was dropped. We couldn't find it right then, so she arranged for a replacement to be left for me to collect the following day on completion of the CCTV review. She called me at lunchtime and let me know it would be ready for me to collect anytime. Outstanding customer service and assistance - I was over the moon!

Quick shop using scan n shop, no problems encountered

Cheaper than Waitrose and a better range than Tesco in Market Weighton. Recently this branch has dropped a few items I buy regularly, so I find myself coming here less often. It's also a pain to have to put a coin in the trolley - is it really necessary? This is the only supermarket I've been to for years that still does this.
