Unfortunately, my experience with Nicola was negative. She was unprofessional in her communication and conduct, which made the interaction difficult and disappointing.

Sue and the team are very friendly and professional with a drive to complete the sale within expected time frame. Sue really pushed the solicitors to get things moving and her team did an amazing job covering her absence. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Philip Bannister!!!

We bought our forever home through Bannisters and worked with Sue McAuley. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and was very tenacious in chasing up the solicitors and feeding back to us.
