Was served by tracy and her customer service was appalling , an item was the wrong price and rang up more at the till so i couldn?t afford all my items anymore so asked her to take one item off and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed. The attitude that she expressed towards me was wrong and unnecessary

Great store for bargains, clean and well laid out. Had a lovely christmassy vibe when I went in, the very helpful staff were all wearing christmas jumpers and weren't as miserable as some in other Heron stores
