Excellent team, from the initial meeting it has been a very supportive, friendly team on hand to guide you through the nutrition side, always on hand for advice and the classes are amazing small friendly group sensations where you are made to feel comfortable no matter what your abilities are. Exercises are always adapted to suit any injury. 5 star service, thank you.

I?m 4 weeks in on the 6 weeks plan and already 10lb down, my strength and fitness have improved too. The programme is easy to follow and I was surprised how quickly my habits changed. Training is great, the sessions fly by and all the coaches are fab! Looking forward to becoming a full member. Thanks guys ??

This gym has been a god send for me. Before I started I felt very lost and stuck in my ways. I have been there four weeks and I?m feeling so much better, physically and mentally. The staff are amazing and helpful, the classes are fun and you leave with such a positive feeling. The guidance they offer along with support and advice is unmatched. I look forward to every session and even when I?m not having a good day, i will leave there feeling so much better. You won?t regret walking through them doors, I won?t look back now.

Been working the 6 week program for around 4 weeks now and I've already seen positive change from weight loss to strength, I can highly recommend, the app is great for booking sessions around work and the coaches are always helpful and mindful in their approach to a persons limitations.

I started the 6 week program and am into my 4th week. I can already feel and am beginning to see the changes. The program includes a full body scan, a diet, as well as fully supervised gym sessions. It's not like a normal gym. You work alongside another gym member. The strength program has variety so you don't get bored of the same program 3 times a week. The gym members are lovely, enthusiastic,and friendly. It's not the cheapest gym, but in this case ,you definitely get value for money. I've already decided I'm staying on after the end of the initial 6 weeks, even though I'd intended it to just be a 6 week spring board to re motivate my fitness. In truth, I have a number of carefully managed prior injuries, but these have been catered for during the sessions,allowing me to slowly rebuild my strength and range of movement, without any reaction so far from my body to the program provided. I've finally found a gym I won't get bored of, or ever feel out of place,as we're all different shapes and sizes, as well as ages and fitness levels. I'm female, 56, and borderline obese. If you want to change your view of what a gym should be like, from what you imagine it might be like, come and try Effective Fitness.

I started Effective Fitness nearly three weeks ago on a 10 week programme. I have never really liked going to a gym for a lack in confidence, but here I feel part of a community with so many lovely supportive people. John and Phil are also super supportive and such a laugh :) Honestly, I'm absolutely LOVING everything about it and I can see and feel a difference in just a few weeks training. :) Get yourselves there!!!
