Had an awful experience this time around, which was the final straw.
Not really worth the price, I'd recommend eating at a local takeaway instead.
The "offers" are fake, designed to make you think you're getting a good deal, because "it's only £25 for one pizza, one side, one drink, reduced from £40!"
Which is £11 from a local good quality pizza place... Who would deliver in 20 minutes almost guaranteed.
Over double the price, nowhere near double the quality and service.
Deliveries to Barton are consistently ranging from average to poor.
Drivers mark your order as delivered so that they disguise how late they are to their bosses.
Out of 6 deliveries labelled "35 minute delivery", I've had 5 arrive 20 minutes late or more, with the worst being an hour late. Each time the tracker was either marked as delivered while the driver was sat at Domimoes in Hessle, or on another order.
When I've called up to check, I was told it must be a "glitch with the tracker". And that my delivery will be another 20+ minutes.
Even then, the food has been only slightly better than if I had just saved the trouble, and the money, and shopped local.
Honestly won't be using them again. Not worth it at all.

Appalling service, will never return!!
Ordered through the App and was notified pizza was ready to be delivered. Waited over an hour after the app had changed the estimated delivery time 4 times and then said it had been delivered.
Called and was advised it was 10 minutes away. Waited a further 20 minutes and was told the delivery driver couldn?t find the address for the previous customer. Arrived 10 minutes later.
At this point I was happy to accept mistakes happen and we?d cut our losses with a refund since the pizza and chips were cold and soaking wet from the rain.
However, I was consistently offered a free side that they would deliver, which I rejected. I was finally offered a full refund on the basis the food was inedible and told this would be paid within 10 working days.
3 weeks and 4 phone calls and I?m still waiting!!

Normally don't have a problem, considering where we are food Normally arrives piping hot. This time was a very bad experience indeed and very disappointing, food arrived flat cold, so couldn't enjoy it, had to ring up as app said order had been delivered and it hadn't

Well done! After such poor reviews Dominos Hessle have got their act together. Delivered swiftly, hot and delicious as expected so l wasn't disappointed. The driver was polite and friendly, as it should be.
The tracker was unreliable but that's tech for ya!

Ordered via the app and was kept informed of when my delivery was on the way, delivery driver was at my door in about 10 minutes.
Ordering was hassle free apart from choosing what I wanted.

App said had been delivered after 20 minutes but before tracker stopped it said it was still at the shop. This has happened a couple of times now. Arrived 20 minutes later. Food very disappointing. Wrap was burnt, chips were cold and undercooked. Worst was all the smaller stuff had been put on top of the pizza and it had all got stuck to the top of the box. Will not be ordering from again.

Order took one hour to arrive ( that?s ok ) but tracker showed out for delivery at 7.15pm and delivered at 7.30pm so could then no longer track. Order finally arrived, luke warm at 8pm- minus the extra garlic spread ordered and paid for for both pizzas, and extra cheese on second pizza- (£5.70 of extras paid for but not received!) . Won?t be using again.
