This store has been one of my favourites for a while now but tonight they REALLY let themselves down.
To close the toilets and half of the restaurants during a community event is one thing, but to then tell customers that only children are able to use the disabled toilets and ONLY when buying something is a disgusting attitude for whomever was in charge to take this evening!
I have 2 children with disabilities and I myself have ADHD & Autism and I have NEVER felt less inclined to visit a Costa again!!
Kid-friendliness: Unless you have kids with disabilities, this place is fine!

Waited ages for our drinks.
I asked one of the staff and was told our drinks was at the end.
She said we called your name.
Both my friend and I never heard her.
Just wondered how long we would have sat there if I hadn't inquired?

Lovely day out with my niece. Had a Caramel Iced Frappe however there were no sprinkles!! Sprinkles are the best part of this bevarage but I didn?t get any. Absolutely rubbish and highly disappointing.
