Popped in recently for an appointment, parking a bit hit and miss, really depends on what time of day you arrive as parking is limited, reception and staff good, friendly and efficient. The medical practice is well laid out with a number of treatment rooms/seating areas.

Mostly I can get in when needed. Receptionists a more helpful then other Dr practices I've been with. Nurses are all lovely. Only met a few Dr's but all thorough.

Excellent team and GP?s. Sent a website request at 9am. Received an appointment at 10:50. Seen at 10:50 with no wait times. Tests and medications all done in the next 10 mins. I haven?t seen a good team as them. Kudos to you all.

Went for physio. Everyon was very helpl. Place clean and tidy. Gardens could do with a trim by the paths but other than excellent.

While my opinion on the GP's remains positive, the same cannot be said of the Cohen pharmacy branch within.Several times now I've approached the desk, today was final straw.Six staff, all diligently working away, and also ignoring the two of us at the desk.Maybe it's because I have a temperature and infection but my patience finally snapped and after five minutes I've walked out.Without meds.Ignorance at its highest.First negative review I've had to leave !April 2023 Update.Pleased to say since original post that service and attention given to customers has improved considerably.

Reception staff extremely rude, answered telephone while i was mid sentance by holding her finger up at me!! Then continued to take the call which did not sound gp relatedOnly positive is the Pharmacy onsite, staff are overworked, run off their feet & clearly stressedHowever the pharmacist was extremely caring & helpfulIn my experiences at the pharmacy all the staff do try to help3?'s for pharmacist & staff1? for gp I saw0 ?'s for reception at drs

Long wait times (80+ calls in the queue today), I have spoken to countless rude receptionists, multiple instances of prescriptions either not getting sent, or to the wrong place!

Had nothing but issues with this practice since moving from peeler house due to the merge. Couldn?t book appointment for my daughter vaccinations or our six week check up when I finally got in ten weeks after having my daughter I was called up five minutes before my appointment explaining they will have to cancel and reschedule for two weeks time. I obviously disgusted by this made a complaint to only have the phone but down on me. I went for my 6 week check to only have to go back to doctors three times in the same day because they had forgot to fill paper work or check my daughter correctly. I?ve had to travel to see a doctor to prevent weeks of waiting and have recently resulted in using walk in centre to get medical help due to this surgery being so poor and unable to manage appointments. This surgery and medical group is disgrace and puts a bad name on the NHS and hard working staff within.

Sadly a very tired, overworked and rude care navigator. I waited 40 mins to find out where my child?s prescription was after the chemist had also contacted them twice today to chase it. Still no confirmed answer ! Just told I ? might ? get a call at some point but she couldn?t confirm this ?!! She also told me how she didn?t like my attitude and I was being rude as I said to her which I think was a fair comment ? be it on your heads if anything happens to my daughter while I?m waiting for this prescription ?. I?d only be waiting 8h for this prescription by this time for a 5y old. I never raised my voice once and to be fair this experience has saddened me. Such a rude woman. I hope she has a lovely Christmas and get the gift of customer care and happiness under the tree !

I will give it no Star's if I could the whole practice is next to useless. As someone who very raley goes to doctors my heart goes out to the poor souls who have to endure this excuse for medical care. I am not a fan of private health care but I can see no future in the NHS when it is not at all accountable for the ineptitude this practice displays. They say practice makes perfect but I am a afraid not in this case.
