Shocking.
Took our 2 year old to check her ears out as believe she has an infection.
Doctor didn?t want to even look as she was apparently crying,
Partner asked to look as we?re concerned for her ears as she?s not well, he reluctantly looked (Kept the door wide open so everyone could see, no privacy) Went to look at her, she flinched so he refused and said she doesn?t have an ear infection.
Disgusting behaviour and should be ashamed , took her elsewhere and within minutes they happily looked at my daughter, confirmed ear infection, made her feel comfortable and sorted anti-biotics.
Feel free to give me a call if you guys as i?d absolutely love to speak to the Doctor who decided this was okay.

Used to go here all the time and built up a great rapport with the staff. Had an issue with a prescription a while back. I rang to see if my prescription was ready and they said yes so I went down straight away to get it. When I arrive, the man with glasses tells me I have to come back after a certain time as the pharmacist was on their lunch (could have told me on the phone!) so I went back later only to be told by another member of staff that my prescription wasn't ready and I had to come back the following day. Due to this, I stopped using Boots. Today (25/3/25) my husband needed a prescription picking up and unfortunately the doctors sent it to Boots. I was stood at the Pharmacy counter for around 2 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Three members of staff made eye contact with me but didn't smile or say 'I'll be with you in a minute'. Terrible service.

Usually great.2 ladies who usually deal with me are fabulous.on Monday,my 3rd attempt to obtain the complete prescription I was confronted by different colleagues.appauling.let the side down big time.Will not be going back again.shame for the good ones.

A good pharmacy with really friendly staff. I like the setout and how bright it is. They always have my clients prescriptions ready on time and they're a pleasure to deal with :). I never have any problems coming to this pharmacy. Thank you

Rude staff!
Enquired an issue with my son?s prescription as it had been issued 2 days previous and still not ready to collect. Staff behind the counter mimicking me and making unprofessional references to my concerns.

I?d just like to say a big ?thank you? for the professional yet friendly & approachable manner of the pharmacist Shona. Despite operating in a busy store she has always taken the time to listen, advise & follow up with appropriate treatment - a skill greatly undervalued! She is definitely a real asset to the Boots brand!

Just want to express my gratitude to the lovely pharmacist Shona who went above and beyond to help me yesterday with a nasty flare up of the skin around my eyes. She was SO helpful and so professional and kind. The ointment Shona recommended has worked a miracle overnight with a huge reduction in the swelling and dryness. She?s an asset to the Boots brand!

My husband and myself went for our flu injection to Hessle Boots on Monday. Shona the Pharmacist did both of us, and we can honestly say it was the best injection ever as we didn't feel a thing and she made us feel at ease and explained everything to us. Very professional and very friendly. Well worth the visit. Thank you.

Boots Hessle- Assisted by such a caring, professional staff member yesterday when trying to source private prescription eye drops for a friend. If more employees and people in general were like her the world would be a better place! Her care was very much appreciated.

Apparently Jo has decided that he's in charge of who gets their meds for the day.Apparently Jo doesn't see not having certain meds as a problem.Apparently Jo likes to have regular power trips, so let's not forget that the doctor's orders are inferior to a pharmacist's.
