Everything was loverly, my husband and I, attended for valentines evening, serenaded by the amazing Edwina Hayes.
Sharing starters and deserts and scrumpy mains, I had the steak and hubby had the chicken.
This was Edwinas 19th valentines evening she had performed . We will be back again.
The Facilities was clean and fresh, with lots of extras , such as baby wipes, hand cream etc.

We held our clubs Christmas gathering here. This was at very very short notice, it was for 34 people. The room was set out in a great way, festive decorations, Christmas music in the background. The food was exceptional. We had a carvery of turkey and beef, all the vegetables had been prepared and cooked fresh, the flavour of the food was first class. All those who attended agreed that this was the best Christmas gathering we have had to date. Big thank you to all who made this a great day for us. Probably be back next year

Another great night for Bonfire Night. I'm only giving a 4 star for food because portion sizes was small for the money and when you've got 4 boys to feed it cost a lot..and they was starving at the end of the night. The food was nice as normal but could of done with more or charge a bit less. I know everything has gone up in price but a Jacket Potato doesn't cost much to do ?

An obnoxious owner who frequently drinks to excess and puts himself forward and unwelcomingly on customers trying to relax. The ale and spirits here are almost definitely diluted to maximise margins. Avoid this place like the plague.

Have yet to be able to get into the place.We have been a total of 4 times after seeing online the place was open for lunch service but every time we get there it's locked and deserted.Hardly a great way to run a business....

Great place for a Sunday lunch. Lots of choice, excellent beers on tap. Staff lovely and the busy-not-too-busy atmosphere really enjoyable.

We have been many times over the years to the Haven Arms for Sunday lunch. Yesterday we we were called up to the carvery in good time. The carvery was excellent as usual. No complaints there. Everything was fine till the dessert, for which we were kept waiting for a good half hour till we eventually complained to Mark. I have to say I was very upset by Mark's response and attitude. Some such words as "cut us some slack, we've got a big party in", "don't come here if you don't like it". I understand they were under pressure, BUT no way to talk to a customer. Afterwards Alison did come over to apologise, but it still leaves a bad taste, and spoilt what would otherwise have been a nice Sunday.
