Drove a 24 mile round trip to make a transaction, as our local branch is now closed. Arrived around 4:10pm, only to be told that the counter closes at 4pm so I wouldn't be served. No indication of this on the website, or on the Google opening hours section. An hour of my time I won't get back.

Very very pleased with the service and the staff. Wonderful to have a bank open, and the ability to talk face to face. So helpful.

I think TSB bank in Goole is the best we have got. I hope that it doesn?t shut like there are a lot of banks shutting down in England. The cashiers are very friendly and they are very helpful and they respect the COVID-19 rules with social distancing and face masks. I?ve been with Lloyds TSB for many many years now and I wouldn?t want to go any where else. I?m very happy with where my money is.

They closed my branch in Thorne so I use Goole mostly now. The staff are friendly and no complaints there but now all of a sudden they have reduced their opening hours without any notice it seems. I know we're in lockdown again but people still need to work and need flexibility to visit early or late but TSB don't seem to care much about being convenient for their customers anymore. Getting more disillusioned by the day.

Not blaming any particular branch there always happy to help,... but, if you get into a dispute your in trouble. I booked a holiday with the late Shearings (now bust and taken over by Ledger). I emailed TSB disputes department and they have been too and frowing me like you can't beleive. A simple chargeback on my visa debit has changed from a sprint to a marathon. I don't know who to blame most, Bonded Coach Holidays or TSB. Anyway I am not happy and up to now a grand out of pocket. Top tip never pay for any holiday upfront and always pay by credit card if possible. I paid by debit card which supposedly offers you the same protection as credit card.... I'm not so sure. Another tip stay away from Shearings and Ledger travel a bit iffy if you ask me.

In dealing with a recent mortgage application, Daniella Hewitt and Emma Bennett were fantastic. First class customer service.

Hardly ever bank face to face but used this branch recently. Pleasant environment with friendly and efficient staff who clearly knew a lot of their customers by name. Priceless.

Truly the worst provider of any service I use. A joke shop.
Once a bank starts masquerading as another, you know they're in trouble. This is really Banco Sabadell, of Spain, hiding behind the TSB name.
I couldn't access my accounts for 6 days and wanted to close them. They wouldn't let me, unless I went to the branch.
The staff were clueless and it took over 40 minutes to do the job. The pensionable cashier asked her colleagues for help but it was like something deaf, dumb and blind. 3 monkeys.
Finally, the old girl tried to thrust £2000, uncounted, into my hand.
Dreadful customer service.
You've been warned. Go elsewhere.

Like many others, I have suffered the inconvenience, cost and stress of the TSB updating process.
However, when the situation that I found myself in was explained to the Bank, the staff dealing with me could not be faulted. In particular the Manager, David, rectified the problem in a matter of hours and when the same problem occurred later that day, again it was resolved speedily.
Thank you TSB Goole for such excellent service in rectifying a problem not of your making!

As a branch TSB are very good however the travesty that has taken place over the last seven days is unacceptable. We have been unable to access our business account for 7 days due to changes in TSB's computer system. We have bills to pay, suppliers to pay and the fact that we cannot get onto our accounts or get through to telephone banking is a joke. If the roles were reversed and we were suppliers to TSB I am sure they would be looking for a new supplier.
